Happy New Year!
Barely into the new year...four texts. I check my phone,it's him. Hesitant, too polite, but it's him. Thinking about me, missing me, wanting to talk to me again.
Few minutes into the new year.
I laugh. Bitterly.
Yet again,I was right.
